Located on the University of Waterloo's campus, V1 is a collection of student housing buildings, labeled by cardinal directions. My group was assigned to North 1, currently with an all-brick exterior with a concrete interior.

Our objective was to reclad the exterior facade to increase wall and roof R-values and aesthetics without changing the interior space size and relocating existing windows and doors.
